Account Strategy Development
Create and maintain comprehensive Account Development Plans for the assigned portfolio
Conduct quarterly strategic account reviews with stakeholders
Map decision-maker influence and develop multi-threading strategies
Expansion Revenue Generation
Primary KPI: Generate a minimum of 2 expansion opportunities per account per quarter
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities through systematic client engagement
Execute a consultative selling approach focused on business outcomes
Own expansion pipeline from identification through closed-won
Stakeholder Relationship Management
Build and maintain executive-level relationships (C-suite and VP level)
Conduct monthly business reviews demonstrating ROI and value realization
Position as strategic AI transformation advisor, not just delivery vendor
Manage stakeholder expectations and nurture long-term partnerships
Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning
Monitor client industry trends and emerging AI opportunities

End-to-End Project Leadership
Own complete project lifecycle from initiation through successful closure
Ensure delivery of committed business outcomes, not just technical deliverables

Maintain accurate project documentation and account records
