🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
Conduct initial candidate screenings for fit and communication
Keep our ATS (Recruiterflow) clean, updated, and audit-ready
Draft and publish job posts across channels
Manage all candidate communications with professionalism and care
Track hiring activity and surface process improvements
Support recruiters in hitting key hiring milestones
📌 What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years in recruiting coordination or HR operations
Experience working in high-volume hiring environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and time management across competing priorities
Familiarity with tools like Google Calendar, Slack, and ATS platforms
Remote availability aligned with PST or EST hours
