The Talent Development (TD) team at Stitch Fix is responsible for providing employees with a holistic development experience, inclusive of key learning and growth moments within the employee lifecycle. The team supports learning experiences for the diverse range of Stitch Fix employee populations including warehouse associates, data scientists, merchants, marketers, stylists, executives, and more. The TD team facilitates employee onboarding, manager enablement, functional training, talent processes and leadership development programs. The team collaborates with leaders across Stitch Fix to design human-centered, engaging learning experiences that embody the Company core values and drive our business forward.
The Learning & Development Manager will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of impactful learning programs that empower employee growth and support business goals. This role will lead initiatives across onboarding, employee development, skills training, and continuous learning, partnering closely with business leaders to embed learning into the employee experience. The ideal candidate brings a mix of program design, project management, facilitation skills, and a passion for developing talent. This position will report directly to the Head of Talent Development.
Compensation and Benefits
This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance.This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance.
