Job description

At 90 Seconds, our mission is to connect Brands and local Creators everywhere to create and tell the world’s stories in motion.

We are looking for a Marketplace Operations Manager to develop, moderate, and improve services and solutions in the 90 Seconds marketplace. In this role, you’ll work closely with a cross-functional team to drive marketplace operations that enable users to unlock the value of the 90 Seconds and ensure excellent customer service and top marketplace supply as we continue to scale.

You will be responsible for onboarding and activating the world’s largest Brands and Creator Partners, moderating and developing video production services and solutions, and constantly discovering new opportunities to improve and organise process efficiency, advancing the collective production pipeline of our marketplace.

What you'll love doing
  • Brand Activations and On-boarding; Activating Profile / Accounts for the world’s largest Brands and on-boarding users via screen-sharing demos of 90 Seconds Product.
  • Recruitment and Technical Activation of Creator Partners; Reviewing submitted Creator Profiles and conducting verification video calls to approve applications for submitted video production skills and roles. Identifying gaps in supply and recruiting and activating accordingly and deactivation of certain Creator Profiles.
  • Service Moderation; Moderating of speed, quality, and value across all services that 90 Seconds delivers. Including quotes, matching of Creators to gigs, timelines, footage, and videos.
  • Developing Video Production Services and Solutions; Work with the wider team to create and manage productization of video services and solutions based on market trends.
  • Basic Quoting and Management of  Online Orders. Managing the funnel of online quote requests and using 90 Seconds quoting system to respond with a basic budget.
  • Reporting & Intel; Structured reporting of key performance metrics to the company regarding moderation, service performance, and user engagement. Pricing analysis and data aggregation to support big deals and RFP conversions. 
  • Live Support; Engaging in in-bound conversations with users via Intercom (live chat) providing quality customer service.
  • Leadership Support; Building and ensuring the increased customer experience.

  • You have experience in video production and an understanding of the video landscape to be able to moderate content on our platform and activate Creator Partners.

  • Great communication skills and strong business acumen.
