Role Summary
The Director of Lifecycle Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer retention, engagement, and revenue through owned marketing channels — including email, SMS, push notifications, and other personalized messaging.
This role will oversee the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to loyalty and re-engagement, using automation, segmentation, and real-time data to create high-performing customer journeys. The ideal candidate brings expertise in CRM strategy, AI-powered personalization, and collaborative campaign development.
You’ll work closely with our Creative Director to design compelling messaging, and with Demand Gen and BI teams to ensure alignment across data, channels, and customer insights.
