Recruitment Coordinator – High-Volume Hiring

📍 Remote | 🕐 PST or EST Hours | 💼 Full-Time

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume hiring across our operations and support teams. In this role, you won’t just manage calendars—you’ll screen candidates, keep pipelines moving, and help build the processes that keep our recruiting machine fast, focused, and candidate-friendly.

🔍 What You’ll Do
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across departments and time zones

  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess qualifications and communication skills

  • Keep our ATS (Recruiterflow) organized, up-to-date, and audit-ready

  • Manage candidate communications—send updates, feedback, and rejections professionally

  • Draft and post job descriptions and manage applicant intake

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring efficient and on track

  • Suggest improvements to workflows, templates, and candidate touchpoints

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a high-volume hiring environment

  • Strong communication skills—you’re clear, kind, and confident in interviews

  • Sharp organizational instincts—you stay on top of moving parts and tight timelines

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, and any modern ATS (e.g., Recruiterflow, Lever, Greenhouse)

  • A proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership

  • Availability to work full-time remotely on PST or EST hours
