World of Women (WoW) — one of the most culturally impactful brands in Web3 — is hiring a Head of Business Development to lead and scale our growth efforts across partnerships, sponsorships, and revenue initiatives. WoW is on a mission to build a more inclusive future through art, technology, and meaningful real-world experiences.

The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic, and creative Brand Development Manager to elevate the personal brand of a Web3 CEO, while supporting the overarching goals of a high-impact, women-empowering Web3 company.

You’ll be the architect and executor of the CEO’s personal brand narrative — building an authentic, inspiring digital presence that reflects her leadership, mission, and vision — in parallel with advancing the visibility of the company and its broader purpose.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement a content and brand strategy across all relevant platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

  • Produce compelling personal and professional storytelling aligned with Web3 narratives and women’s empowerment

  • Act as a one-person content studio — from strategy to ideation, posting, engagement, and performance tracking

  • Coordinate and align brand messaging between the CEO and the company

  • Leverage trends, spaces, and communities to increase digital visibility and credibility

  • Draft content including posts, threads, short videos, scripts, and thought leadership

  • Track KPIs (growth, engagement, reach) and iterate based on performance

  • Support with media prep and public speaking visibility (quotes, interviews, press)

What you’ll need

  • Proven track record building and growing personal brands, ideally for founders or public figures

  • Experience in Web3 or crypto

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and what works where

  • Excellent writing, editing, and creative storytelling skills

  • Self-starter with ability to manage end-to-end execution independently

  • Passion for purpose-driven initiatives, female empowerment, and the future of Web3

  • High attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to keep up with fast-paced environments
