Insurity’sNextSales Account Manager
The Sales Account Manager works as part of a dynamic team and is responsible for managing, maintaining and growing a targeted client base. In this role, the person will be responsible fornumerous customer interactions including sales, product demo, contracts, and business reviews. As the customer’s day-to-day champion, the person will be responsible for interfacing with the Customer Support Team (CST), Finance on billing issues and/or collections, Product, Solutions Consulting, and many others. This position represents the hub of the Insurity spokes in customer support and growth.
What Our Sales Account Manager Will Do
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to achieve overall revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
Understand clients’ business, challenges, plans and opportunities while expanding relationships across different divisions and groups within the company
Maintain a working action plan that supports client growth while overcoming their challenges and meeting their goals.
Participate and/or lead customer presentations via Team and on-site with clients.
Manage a portfolio of accounts and uphold customer alignment and strategic direction, identifying areas of improvement
Achieve sales targets by understanding customer needs, identifying cross-sell and business expansion opportunities, and coordinating new product demonstrations.
Establish a cadence for first invoice review on all new products, contracts, and expansions to ensure they are correct and meet the customer’s expectations.
Immersion into Insurity products and solutions to ensure depth of product understanding, tools of qualifying opportunities, differentiations to competitive offers, and how to maximize impact for client.
Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.

Who We’re Looking For
Degree or 2+ years education in business, finance, healthcare administration, Insurance or a related field.
2-3+ years of experience in insurance billing, Aaccount Mmanagement or a related role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of Insurance or other billing processes and billing terminology
Knowledge of insurance industry processes, distribution channel and of need to adhere to rules and regulations
PreviousBilling Department, Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, roles preferred with responsibility to prepare, review and/or follow-up on customer invoices
Insurance experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales & marketing or related (equivalent work experience may be considered)
