Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern to support the ongoing implementation, configuration, and optimization of our Zoho One applications. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with an interest in business systems, process automation, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the configuration and customization of Zoho One apps (e.g., CRM, Books, Projects, People, Creator).
  

• Support data migration, cleansing, and reporting tasks across platforms.
  

• Help automate workflows using Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator, and Deluge scripting.
  

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and test solutions.
  

• Document processes, how-to guides, and system changes.
  

• Assist with basic user support and troubleshooting.
  

• Research and recommend features to improve system efficiency and user experience.
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in IT, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  

• Basic understanding of CRM or ERP systems (prior exposure to Zoho is a plus).
  

• Strong interest in digital transformation and business automation.
  

• Familiarity with databases, APIs, or scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Deluge) is an advantage.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
