The Role

Drivenets is looking for a skilled and curious Information Systems Analyst with a strong background in data, analytics, and integrations. This role focuses on supporting BI initiatives and streamlining data flows across the enterprise. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with data platforms, ETL tools, and modern integration platforms like Workato and Tines.

Responsibilities

·      Design, implement, and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, QlikView, or similar tools

·      Analyze and model business data to derive actionable insights

·      Manage and optimize data pipelines from multiple sources (SQL, Oracle, cloud apps, etc.)

·      Own, design, deploy, and maintain ETL/ELT processes

·      Develop, deploy, and maintain integration flows using modern platforms (Workato, Tines, others)

·      Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions

·      Collaborate with engineers, developers, and analysts across the company

·      Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with security policies

·      Own your service from inception to sunset.

·      Document everything.

·      Provide Tier-2 support for business application issues and escalations, exhibiting the principles of service ownership in every artifact you produce.

Requirements

·      3+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or systems analysis roles

·      Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, QlikView, or equivalent tools

·      Possess strong analytical and communication skills

·      Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)

·      3+ Years Experience with ETL tools and concepts

·      Familiarity with integration platforms (Workato, Tines etc.)

·      Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities

·      Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field

·      Prior experience working across multiple geographies, languages, and cultures
