The role:

As a member of the Talent & Experience Chapter, you’ll operate across the business as a trusted advisor and strategic partner – influencing enterprise wide talent decisions and shaping how we build, move, and engage our people. You’ll lead end to end talent initiatives, from strategic sourcing and internal mobility to co-creating capability plans with business leaders and delivering inclusive, data-driven strategies to attract, grow, and retain high-performing talent.

No two days are the same – from enterprise-wide talent projects and talent sourcing to embedding EVP and workforce insights into strategic workforce planning, this role offers the variety and impact you’ve been looking for.

What success looks like

  • Critical roles are filled through expert sourcing strategies that balance speed, quality, and inclusion
  • Senior leaders are confident in their hiring decisions, supported by data-driven insights and inclusive, best-practice approaches
  • Capability plans are co-created with leaders and activated, directly supporting strategic workforce goals and business priorities
  • Workforce and engagement data are translated into actionable strategies that close capability and employee experience gaps
  • Internal mobility, succession, and talent movement is thriving, enabling growth and uplift in our talent maturity
  • Employee experience strategies are tailored, enterprise aligned, and clearly improving engagement, belonging, and retention
