Internal Technical Recruiter
Remote | Full-Time | EST/PST Coverage | Focus: Engineering, Data & Product Hiring

About the Role
We’re hiring an Internal Technical Recruiter to help us scale a fast-growing, tech-forward organization. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and data roles, collaborating directly with hiring managers to build high-performing teams. You’ll balance speed with quality, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates from first contact to final offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across engineering, product, and data

  • Conduct structured, skills-based interviews to assess technical fit

  • Actively source and engage talent using ATS platforms and sourcing tools

  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and hiring strategies

  • Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the process

  • Monitor key hiring metrics and recommend optimizations for efficiency and quality

What You Bring

  • 2–3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in an in-house or agency setting

  • Strong understanding of technical hiring needs across software engineering, data, and product teams

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills

  • Hands-on experience with modern ATS and sourcing platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter)

  • Ability to work Eastern Time hours with flexibility to accommodate multiple time zones

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with distributed or remote-first teams

  • A process-oriented mindset with a drive to improve and streamline recruiting workflows
