Senior eProcurement Solution Consultant

Do you have expertise in a cloud-based eProcurement solution and enjoy leading workshops? Then you’re the ideal candidate for the Senior eProcurement Solution Consultant (m/f/d) role within our Package Based Services (PBS) team. As a global EMEA Partner of the Year, we are one of the largest and most experienced Ivalua system integrators.

Requirements:

• Several years of professional experience with one or more cloud-based eProcurement solutions such as Ivalua (preferred), Coupa, Jaggaer, Ariba, or similar
• University degree, technical education in IT, or a comparable qualification
• Expertise in strategic and/or operational procurement processes, with a strong focus on best-practice implementation
• Familiarity with relevant technologies, data models, SQL, and design/development methodologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills in fluent German and English
• Willingness to travel within Germany as required by the project

Responsibilities

• Confidently presenting and mastering standard procurement processes within a cloud-based solution
• Designing and conducting workshops, feasibility studies, and business process modeling
• Defining functional specifications and architectural designs based on customer requirements, including documentation for implementation
• Taking ownership of partial or full project management responsibilities
• Validating configuration results and ensuring the successful implementation of digital procurement solutions
• Supporting proposals, proof-of-concept (POC), and pre-sales activities — especially with a focus on Generative AI and Sustainability
