The client is now seeking to scale its operations and establish a robust online presence.


About the role:

We are seeking a remote Virtual Assistant to support our client with day-to-day operations, including appointment scheduling, social media management, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and has experience supporting service-based businesses. This role requires proactive communication and a keen eye for detail, helping ensure smooth operations and a professional digital presence.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and schedule appointments via phone, email, or CRM.
  • Maintain and update the calendar to avoid overlaps or delays in client appointments.
  • Manage and post content on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and Nextdoor).
  • Create simple graphics or visuals using Canva (or similar tools).
  • Monitor social media comments and messages, and respond in a timely, professional manner.
  • Follow up with potential leads and ensure they are entered and tracked in the CRM.
  • Draft and send email follow-ups or quotes (template-based).
  • Help maintain project checklists and follow up with team members or clients as needed.
  • Perform other administrative support tasks as requested (e.g., data entry, basic reporting, file organization).

Who are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably supporting service-based or home improvement businesses.
  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Google Calendar).
  • Strong command of social media platforms and scheduling tools like Buffer or Later.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with Canva or similar tools for basic design tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Jobber, Housecall Pro, or similar) is a plus.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Position: Virtual Assistant 

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Latin America

Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm EST

Salary: 900 - 1200
