Job description

As a Leads Processing Associate, you are expected to provide administrative and operational support to various sourcing & recruitment processes that includes pre-screening of resumes, initial interview coordination, job postings to all job boards & maintenance of sourcing mailboxes.

  • Working closely with the Leads Generation Team to create a solid talent pipeline for all KMC requisitions by posting Job portals and proactively sourcing candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniques (e.g. search engines, job board databases, social networking sites) utilizing methods appropriate to the target channel.
  • Attending Client Calibration to have an in-depth understanding of a requisition
  • Performing in-house search using the Applicant Tracking System for potential candidates.
  • Handling basic screening via paper/resume screening and/or phone interview
  • Determining the availability and confirming virtual interviews with candidates and recruiters.
  • Utilizing an applicant tracking system for sourcing candidates and coordinating the interview schedule.
  • Contacting and scheduling applicants for assessment and processing and ensuring a robust and adequate daily applicant flow.
  • Providing support in managing our KMC Talent Referral Program – answering email inquiries from Employees, sending SMS blasts for Promos, and sending agreement forms to employees with successful referrals.
  • Assisting in Job Fairs/Virtual Job Fairs, Job Caravan, and Open House activities coordination/organization.
  • Other administrative and or Sourcing & Recruitment tasks to help the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent
  • At least 6 months to 1-year experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Recruitment/Sourcing is preferred
  • Working knowledge in MS Office and other report generation tools
  • Good people skills, approachable, and able to adjust to different levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent relationship management and business partnering skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent time management skills with a strong sense of urgency
  • High-energy, team orientated
  • Precise, accurate, and attention to detail is a must
  • High learning aptitude with the ability to work unsupervised
  • A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with Prospect Leads
  • Must be a creative thinker and have a passion for Marketing and Branding
