We’re looking for a contractual Operations Data Coordinator to support our order management process this holiday season. In this role, you’ll coordinate with our logistics and customer service teams to help resolve shipping issues, track order status, and make sure everything ships out on time. This is a great fit if you’re tech-comfortable, detail-oriented, and able to stay focused in a fast-paced setup. You’ll be chatting with teammates daily, using internal tools, and working with warehouses across time zones.
What you'll be doing:
Customer Service & Order Processing
Acts as the primary point of contact for all Customer Service teams.
Resolves shipment escalations through assigned case tasks.
Ensures all site and marketplace orders are processed according to requirements.
Monitors and verifies daily on-time shipments from all warehouse partners.
Data & Process Compliance
Follows routine procedures and systematically works through the company’s file management system.
Corresponds with warehouses to investigate errors and troubleshoot order irregularities.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Handles day-to-day liaison tasks between the Boise Operations team and warehouse partners, ensuring alignment on priorities and issue resolution.

What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
A minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience is a plus, particularly experience in a BPO company.
Must be willing to work a graveyard shift (night shift) as necessary.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to work effectively in a team, manage tasks, and deliver results.
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to guidelines, which include the following:
Working lunch (but with a shortened shift) during busy days/weeks
Split shifts as needed based on business demand (peak weeks)
Adherence to lunch and paid break schedules
Detail-oriented problem solver with strong analytical skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools (email, chat, task apps).
Effective multitasker with strong prioritization skills.
Proactive communicator who asks questions when needed.
Remote work experience is a plus.
Our must-haves:
Applications of past seasonal hires who relocated outside of our allowed areas will be evaluated based on their current location and performance during their time in Balsam.
Must not have any planned trips or long vacations between August 2025 and January 2026, especially during the holidays.

Must be willing and able to work on a flexible schedule depending on the business needs. Shift adjustment requests will not be accommodated.
Location: The Operations Data Coordinator (Contract) position is a remote contractual position for Balsam International Unlimited Philippine ROHQ in Manila. Team members in the Philippines are located within Metro Manila, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Rizal, and Tarlac areas only.
Note: An online assessment will also be part of the recruitment process.
Status: This is a contractual, home-based job that requires a scheduled eight (8) hours of full-time, dedicated work daily, five days a week. Given the role’s contractual nature, there will be no benefits. Paid overtime may be required. If performance is up to standard, the contract will be effective from August 2025 to December 2025. Note that the contract may be shortened or extended depending on the needs of the business.
