This individual will be responsible for representing Arch Mortgage Funding (AMF) in the mortgage market territory assigned. They will be prospecting for new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, communicating internally and externally, organizing projects, and scheduling events related to customer onboarding and relationship management.
They will execute their duties by seeking out new partnerships, educating the marketplace on AMF non-QM products (DSCR, Bank Statement, Asset Depletion and Full Doc) and services, answering customer questions, redirecting customers to pipeline support resources, following up on service requests and tracking customer activity. This position will also work to support the growth goals assigned and help to identify new products and services AMF can bring to market. This position will also provide ongoing updates to assigned internal stakeholders, update reports, record CRM activity and any assignments related to the customer experience as directed by the SVP.

Must have experience developing and maintaining a non-QM territory. 5+ years preferred with existing contacts and relationships that can be leveraged to grow Arch Mortgage funding business.
Required Education & Experience:
Required knowledge and skills would typically be acquired through a bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years’ experience in secondary mortgage sales, mortgage marketing or communications and related fields.

For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.
$121,000 - $151,300/year
Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
