B2C Content & Lifecycle Coordinator
Remote (Americas Time Zones) | Full-Time | Team: Growth & Marketing

About the Role
We're seeking a B2C Content & Lifecycle Coordinator to help execute our consumer-facing marketing efforts across social media, email, SMS, and CRM. You'll play a key role in keeping our audience engaged, our campaigns running smoothly, and our content calendar on track.

If you're organized, creative, and hands-on with tools like Canva, HubSpot, or CapCut—and you're ready to make an impact from day one—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and schedule daily social media posts (Instagram, TikTok, X) tailored to a consumer audience

  • Draft and send promotional and nurture emails and SMS campaigns using platforms like HubSpot or HighLevel

  • Maintain a 30-day rolling content calendar, flagging content gaps in advance

  • Create simple graphics and short-form videos using Canva or CapCut—quick, efficient, and on-brand

  • Monitor and respond to DMs and comments to maintain community engagement

  • Track key engagement metrics (opens, clicks, follows, views) in Google Sheets and provide weekly summaries

  • Keep CRM lists clean and organized, tagging contacts for future segmentation and campaigns

What You Bring

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media (internships count)

  • Strong short-form writing skills with a human, conversational tone

  • Familiarity with email platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo

  • Working knowledge of Canva or CapCut, with a portfolio link showing at least two examples

  • Excellent organization and time management; able to juggle multiple drafts, channels, and deadlines

  • Fluent written English

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with SMS or WhatsApp marketing platforms

  • Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar tools for content drafting

  • Basic knowledge of automation tools like Zapier or Make

  • Spanish or Portuguese for handling social media replies

First 90-Day Goals

  • Publish a full month of on-time social content with engagement equal to or better than last quarter

  • Launch your first B2C email campaign with a 20%+ open rate

  • Build a central Google Sheet to track social, email, and SMS performance
