The Role
We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience recruiting for software engineering and other tech-heavy roles. You’ll own the entire recruitment lifecycle—from partnering with hiring managers to conducting technical interviews and driving candidates through to hire. If you’ve worked in a high-volume environment, have strong instincts for technical assessment, and love being part of a smart, supportive team—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing)

  • Conduct technical interviews to assess hard skills and team alignment

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to shape job specs and hiring priorities

  • Manage multiple open roles and maintain strong candidate engagement throughout

  • Use ATS and sourcing tools to track activity and optimize pipelines

  • Share data, feedback, and process improvements with the broader team

What You Bring

  • 2–3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume or agency setting

  • Confidence conducting technical screens and speaking with developers, engineers, or data professionals

  • Experience partnering with or working in staffing firms focused on tech clients

  • Highly organized, communicative, and proactive in driving recruiting outcomes

  • Availability to work PST or EST hours at least a few days per week
