The Role
We're seeking a Sales Manager with a strong background in enterprise sales and closing complex deals. You’ll not only lead by example—owning and closing high-value opportunities—but also help shape our revenue strategy and outbound motion alongside GTM leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline generation and close enterprise deals ($100K+ ARR)

  • Align with Marketing and Product on messaging and GTM execution

  • Manage and coach AEs through long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • Analyze sales metrics and deal performance using Salesforce and Gong.io

  • Partner with Revenue Leadership on strategic growth initiatives

  • Contribute to building a scalable sales infrastructure

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including 2+ years managing deals and reps

  • Strong background in complex, multi-touch enterprise sales cycles

  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong.io)

  • Strategic mindset, with an eye for opportunity and team enablement

  • Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with selling into marketing, analytics, or data teams

  • Experience launching enterprise sales playbooks in startup environments
