Job description

The ideal candidate will be part of the regional operation and will work closely with the regional teams to increase revenues and meet sales targets. This candidate will manage sales in several countries in the south cone sub-region of

Latan America, promote the entire AudioCodes solution offering focusing on SaaS.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer’s business situation to identify constraints and new opportunities.
  • Position proposed solutions and calculate their value based upon customer’s strategy and direction.
  • Drive AC response to customer’s key business problems; improve AC position for current proposals while enhancing long-term relationships.
  • Develop account strategy and position AC’s capabilities in anticipation of customer’s business strategy.
  • Enroll account team, partners, SME’s, and internal company resources in defining and implementing account strategy.
  • Create and maintain a high-level presence to facilitate sales and promote alliances and partnerships.
  • Develop existing partners and recruit new ones.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in direct sales in the telecom industry, mainly to large enterprises.
  • Proven tract record of selling SaaS to enterprises.
  • Capable in partnering with C-level executives.
  • Strong people’s skills. Relationships builder. Able to deal professionally with different personality types.
  • Consultative selling style.
  • Teamwork and openness.
  • Open minded and flexible, quick learner with the ability to solve problems.
  • English level: C1
  • Location: Chile or Argentina
