About the Role

A mission critical role for S4 is the Account Director. As an Account Director, you would lead the day-to-day management of development and execution of partner marketing programs, projects and campaigns designed to drive engagement for key client initiatives. This is a role where you’ll partner closely with one of our largest tech client teams, internal agency teams, and senior leadership to manage the relationships and ensure that projects are delivered on strategy and on time.

Has an acute attention to detail, and is passionate about marketing programs and challenges and uncovering solutions for clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

Client & Project Leadership:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing long-term relationships and understanding their evolving needs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of multiple projects, from initial intake and briefing to delivery and post-launch analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, scopes, and budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of time and resources.
  • Report on financial performance, track budgets, and manage time and resources effectively across all projects.
  • Partner with operations to forecast resourcing needs and optimize team utilization.

Strategic Execution & Program Management:

  • Collaborate with clients to execute large-scale strategies and programs, translating client objectives into actionable plans.
  • Manage the development and production of diverse product marketing materials, integrated digital campaigns, and creative programs.
  • Drive integration across all campaign touchpoints and the broader ecosystem.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of clients' products and target audiences.
  • Translate client needs and market insights into compelling briefs for internal teams.
  • Lead the team to build comprehensive toolkits and resources to support client initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (strategy, creative, studio, production), ensuring clear communication of client needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with strategy and creative teams to develop innovative and effective solutions.
  • Champion efficient internal ways of working to ensure smooth project flow.
About You
The essentials:
  • 7-10 years of experience working in an agency or in-house creative department creating B2B and/or B2C communications
  • Demonstrable excellence in digital marketing, knowledge of best practices, and passion for the work
  • Ability to follow defined approaches and work within cross functional teams of creative, strategy, production, project and resource management roles to bring projects to life
  • Ability to manage multiple different projects simultaneously and are detail oriented to ensure projects are managed well with a good balance of managing project process and being flexible for new requests
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into cohesive, compelling creative expressions, and to visualize and translate ideas to team members
  • Strong grasp of design principles and best practices, and ability to produce work that is original while remaining on-brand
  • Solid presentation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proven experience operating in an agency setting, managing multiple projects and cultivating strong client partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale strategies and programs.
  • Experience managing diverse product marketing materials, integrated digital campaigns, and creative programs.
  • Familiarity with production-led projects for static and videos.
  • (Highly valued, but not required): Experience with diverse campaigns including product marketing programs, integrated paid media digital campaigns and production, email marketing, blog posts, and website landing pages.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong financial management acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Keen interest in product marketing, asset development, GTM strategies, and toolkit development.
  • High energy, detail-oriented, and a proactive "go-getter" with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace products is required.
  • Passion for exploring new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What We Offer

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
