What we're looking for

We’re looking for a results-focused Account Executive to join our Provet Cloud sales team to help veterinary practices adopt Provet Cloud to save time, improve patient care and increase their revenues. This is a dynamic, hybrid sales role where you will be responsible for both acquiring new veterinary practices and driving growth within our established customer base. A crucial part of your role will be hunting for new business, while also nurturing relationships with current clients to add new revenue.

We are looking for an ambitious individual who is comfortable managing the full new-business sales cycle and acting as a trusted advisor to existing partners. You will be supported by our Business Development Director, marketing, implementation, and support teams to ensure your success every step of the way.

About the Role

  • Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will be instrumental in driving Provet Cloud’s growth by developing revenue opportunities from both new business and our existing customer base.

  • Take full ownership of building your new business pipeline. This requires significant outbound activity and strategic prospecting to hunt for new opportunities, as inbound lead flow is currently developing.

  • Nurture and grow our current customer accounts. You will act as a strategic partner to identify opportunities for new revenue and ensure our clients are maximizing the value of our solutions.

  • Manage the complete new business sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to platform demos and closing.

  • While working in partnership with marketing on broader campaigns, you will have the autonomy to create and manage your own targeted outreach initiatives.

  • Become a product expert on our Practice & Information Management Software (PIMS) and the value it provides, keeping up-to-date on the latest product developments and industry trends.

  • Adopt a consultative, solution-selling approach to align a customer's needs with our solution to drive sales and close deals.

  • Act as an ambassador for Nordhealth at client meetings and represent the company at key annual veterinary exhibitions and other industry events.

What’s required from you?

  • Native-level proficiency in Danish is mandatory.

  • Fluency in English is also required. Proficiency in other Nordic languages (e.g., Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) is a significant advantage.

  • Experience in the veterinary sector is highly desirable, but we would love to speak with you if you have a background in Healthcare / SaaS sales.

  • A successful track record in consultative selling with 1-4+ years of hunting and closing deals with a proven record of hitting targets. Experience with account management and expansion revenue is a strong plus.

  • Demonstrable outbound experience in a new-business-focused role to build up a sales territory.
