Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite SuitePeople Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SuitePeople, NetSuites native Human Capital Management (HCM) solution. This role requires expertise in HR operations, systems implementation, and NetSuite platform capabilities, with a focus on improving HR processes, compliance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite SuitePeople, including HR, Payroll, and Performance Management modules.
  • Configure and customize SuitePeople features such as:
    • Core HR (employee records, job roles, departments)
    • Time-Off Management
    • Payroll (if applicable)
    • Employee Onboarding
    • HR Reporting and Analytics
    • Org chart and employee directory
  • Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system functionality.
  • Perform data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Develop custom workflows, dashboards, and reports for HR and leadership teams.
  • Provide training, support documentation, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and data privacy standards in all SuitePeople configurations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 24 years of hands-on NetSuite experience, with specific focus on SuitePeople.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems and HR operations (e.g., employee lifecycle, compliance, payroll integration).
  • Proven experience with NetSuite customization tools (SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • NetSuite SuitePeople Certification (if available) or relevant ERP certifications.
  • Experience in global or multi-entity HR operations.
  • Familiarity with integrations between SuitePeople and third-party payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex).
  • Project management experience in HRIS/ERP rollouts.
