NetSuite Consultant - Manufacturing

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Consultant - Manufacturing to support the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of NetSuite ERP systems in manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing operations and processes, combined with hands-on NetSuite ERP experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure NetSuite Manufacturing modules (Work Orders, Assemblies, BOMs, Routings, WIP, etc.).
• Analyze business processes and provide functional and technical solutions using NetSuite ERP.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable manufacturing solutions.
• Customize workflows, scripts, and reports to meet unique operational needs.
• Provide guidance on best practices for manufacturing processes in NetSuite.
• Conduct data migration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and IT to ensure successful ERP integration.
• Support continuous improvement and post-implementation optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP, with a strong focus on Manufacturing.
• Proven track record implementing NetSuite Manufacturing modules.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including discrete or process manufacturing.
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or within a team.

Preferred Skills:

• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification.
• Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., WMS, MES, or EDI).
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Prior consulting experience in a client-facing role.
