This is a remote position.

Role Name: Sales Representative

Schedule:

  • 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time (1 hour unpaid break 

Client Time zone: Eastern Time


This is an exciting opportunity to become the voice of innovation in the natural foods industry. As a Sales Representative, you'll conduct meaningful follow-up conversations with grocery store buyers who have received free product samples, focusing on relationship-building rather than hard selling. Your role involves authentic, consultative discussions about product performance and facilitating reorders when buyers are satisfied. This position offers the unique advantage of working with warm leads who have already experienced the products first-hand, making conversations more collaborative and relationship-focused. You'll have the opportunity to grow with a scaling business that values genuine human connections and long-term professional relationships.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct warm follow-up calls to independent grocery store buyers about previously sampled products

  • Build authentic relationships through consultative conversations focused on buyer needs

  • Check on product performance and gather feedback from store buyers

  • Process reorder requests and handle sales inquiries with a consultative approach

  • Navigate both scripted and unscripted conversations with confidence and professionalism

  • Utilize FAQ resources to address buyer questions and concerns effectively

  • Send professional follow-up emails after calls to maintain communication

  • Maintain genuine, grounded communication style that builds trust and rapport

  • Commissions based on performance



Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills with clear, neutral accent

  • Strong confidence in handling unscripted, conversational interactions

  • Ability to engage authentically without being overly enthusiastic or aggressive

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or relationship-building roles

  • Comfortable with both phone communication and email correspondence

  • Natural ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships

  • Preference for candidates from the Philippines, though exceptional candidates from other regions welcome

  • Availability to work 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time
