Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights: 

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM (USA East Coast hours)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Proactively identify and reach out to prospective customers, assess their product needs, and qualify leads to support a robust sales pipeline.
  • New Business Development: Use email outreach, cold-calling, and virtual meetings to send samples to qualified leads across the U.S. and Canadian markets.
  • Follow-Up and Relationship Building: Conduct timely follow-ups and manage initial client interactions to maximize conversion.
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Goals: Take ownership of personal and team targets, transforming qualified leads into loyal customers.

Requirements
  • Candidates must exhibit a high level of confidence, particularly in phone communication.  

    Key Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear, confident interaction with clients.
  • High Level of Confidence Over the Phone: Comfortable and effective in engaging with clients via phone to build strong connections.
  • Lead Qualification Skills: Proven ability to assess high-potential leads.
  • B2B Sales Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition is an asset.
  • Technical/Electrical Background (Preferred): Familiarity with lighting technology or electrical products is an advantage.
  • Cold-Calling Expertise: Skilled in cold-calling to spark interest and build new client relationships.
