Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior 3D Visualization Designer to create stunning digital walkthroughs and still 3D renders of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural visualization, proficiency with CAD software, and the ability to transform technical drawings into photorealistic 3D environments.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders of architectural projects
Develop immersive digital walkthroughs of residential and commercial spaces
Interpret and work from CAD files and PDF drawings provided by clients
Enhance architectural designs with appropriate lighting, textures, and materials
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and project requirements
Manage project timelines and deliver results within agreed deadlines
Stay updated with the latest 3D visualization technologies and techniques

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, 3D Design, or related field
2+ years of experience in architectural visualization or related 3D design roles
Expert proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender)
Strong knowledge of rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion)
Excellent understanding of architectural principles and spatial design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Ability to read and interpret CAD files and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
Excellent time management and communication skills
Portfolio demonstrating high-end 3D visualization work
Experience working with international clients,
Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies
