Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media channels and Google Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (such as CTR, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad copy and visually appealing creatives.
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal spend for maximum ROI across all PPC efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, advertising strategies, and platform updates to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance, improve conversion rates, and refine targeting strategies.
  • Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, showcasing results, key learnings, and optimization opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Proven experience managing high-scale budgets across multiple social channels.
  • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.) and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset

Advantages

  • Ability to have an integral part in content creation, including briefing teams and developing concepts prior to shooting days.
  • Proven experience with design tools like Canva and video editing tools such as CapCut .
