ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a People Business Partner, you will act as a partner to key business leaders within the Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. 

Talon.One is a Berlin based Tech company with global reach. Your role as a People Business Partner will have an opportunity to drive workforce strategies that will optimize resource allocation , deepen engagement, and enhance overall performance, aligning People & Culture initiatives seamlessly with our business goals.

This is a full-time role based in Berlin, Germany.

 

ABOUT THE TEAM:

Be part of a global (and truly international) People & Culture team, comprising 11 members from 10 different countries. We actively support over 200 Taloners across EMEA, AMER and APAC. Our focus spans People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Workplace Management, and People Business Partnering, all aimed at sparking inspiration among candidates, employees, and alumni.

 

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:

  • Be part of the People Business Partner team and the strategy, design and execution of People related solutions to be used across the organization
  • Partner with our People & Culture functions to offer aligned People related solutions to the entire organization
  • Be the People & Culture contact person for our employees and managers 
  • Coach Directors and Team leads on all people-related matters covering the full employee life-cycle
  • Advise and partner with directors and team leads to identify and execute the talent related needs that will enable our company goals achievement
  • Participate actively in the strategy for headcount planning and organizational design within the business units 
  • Translate business needs into People & Culture programs, policies, solutions and processes
  • Collaborates closely with the Lead HRBP to deliver people initiatives across the GTM organization, supporting frontline managers while ensuring alignment with broader talent strategies and business priorities.
  • Be responsible for the success of the performance cycle 
  • Implement initiatives that drive and maintain a culture of high performance

 

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • At least 2 years of experience as HRBP in a fast-paced Tech environment
  • Experience with organizational design and effectiveness, change/risk management, performance management and leadership coaching 
  • A background in working closely with GTM teams
  • Understanding of People analytics to assess team performance, engagement, and retention rates
  • Ability to adapt to change and learn fast
  • Solid knowledge of German labor law
  • Ability to prioritize and make the best use of limited resources
  • Excellent communication skills, can articulate complex ideas clearly to technical stakeholders and leaders
