Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the tech, app, or social networking sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with customer support systems and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
