Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients within the car leasing and financing department.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding leasing options, financing plans, and related services.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
  • Stay current with product knowledge and company offerings to offer accurate information to clients.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service roles, particularly in the automotive, finance, or leasing sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex issues.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in a remote setting.
