Job description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced SDR to help drive our outbound lead generation efforts. This role will focus on LinkedIn-based prospecting, digital outreach, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of experience with LinkedIn-based lead generation strategies, business development and a strong ability to connect with global prospects, particularly within the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct LinkedIn prospecting and targeted outreach to generate new business opportunities
  • Use LinkedIn automation tools to scale efforts while maintaining a personal, human tone
  • Maintain accurate records of all activity and outcomes in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Engage and qualify leads through personalized messages and follow-up strategies
  • Support the sales team by identifying potential clients and scheduling discovery calls
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and adjusting priorities as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development, LinkedIn lead generation, outreach or related processes. 
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage US-based clients professionally and effectively.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage high-volume outreach.
  • Deep knowledge of LinkedIn outreach best practices, including connection etiquette, follow-up timing, and content tone
  • Experience and Expertise Linked In Sales Navigator and LinkedIn automation tools (e.g., Expandi, LaGrowth etc.) 
  • Tech-savvy and excited to leverage AI and technology tools (e.g., ChatGPT, etc) for content, personalization, and prospect research
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to execute campaigns independently with accountability for results
