JOB TITLE: Part Time Marketing Assistant

RATE: Php 220 per hour

Work Type: Remote| PT -with possibility to transition to FT depending on client needs

Working Hours : Flexible, 20 hrs/week (with just an hour overlap with client's working hour for catch up. The client works 7AM to 9 PM Pacific Time)

JOB OVERVIEW:


The client is a boutique agency helping local businesses get found and grow through smart, modern marketing. They’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support with content creation, platform management, SEO, and community engagement.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Create simple, branded graphics in Canva for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

  • Collaborate with ChatGPT to write SEO-optimized blog posts for local business clients

  • Post blog content on Squarespace and occasionally other platforms (we’ll guide you)

  • Assist with writing and formatting social captions

  • Schedule and publish content via Metricool

  • Engage with comments and DMs on client social media accounts (light community management)

  • Make regular updates to Google Business Profiles (posts, photos, info edits)

  • Coordinate website edits with our developer (no coding required)

  • Update website content with targeted keywords (we’ll teach you the process)

  • Set up and schedule email blasts using Mailchimp or Flodesk





JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Skills & Tools You’ll Use:

  • Canva

  • ChatGPT (for content drafts and planning)

  • Squarespace (basic familiarity; we’ll train as needed)

  • Metricool (or similar scheduling tools)

  • Google Business Profile

  • Mailchimp, Flodesk, or similar

  • Slack or email for team communication
