This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Part-time (10 hours per week)
  • Flexible schedule with some availability during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM, Monday-Thursday)

  • Execute seamless administrative tasks including email management, project coordination, and deadline tracking
  • Perform website updates and maintenance using WordPress and intuitive page builders like Elementor
  • Create and customize eye-catching graphics using Canva and existing brand templates
  • Generate compelling blog content using advanced AI tools while ensuring perfect brand alignment and quality
  • Coordinate effectively with team members and clients to gather project requirements and maintain clear communication
  • Proactively review upcoming tasks and deadlines to ensure exceptional project delivery
  • Support diverse client projects across various industries, gaining exposure to different markets and creative challenges
  • Maintain organized project workflows using sophisticated project management software
  • Contribute to the agency’s growth by bringing fresh ideas and efficient processes to daily operations

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated professional who thrives working independently without constant supervision
  • Forward-thinking approach to task management with excellent deadline planning skills
  • Outstanding communication abilities and responsiveness to team and client needs
  • Adaptability to quickly learn new software platforms and embrace innovative tools
