This is a hybrid role in Cork where you will be expected to be based in the office two days a week.


The opportunity

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be on the front lines of our growth efforts. Your mission: to uncover new opportunities, qualify leads, and set the stage for successful partnerships. You’ll play a critical role in driving our outbound sales motion, engaging potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social outreach, while also nurturing marketing-qualified leads.

What You’ll Do:

Outbound Sales Outreach (60-70%):

  • Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce Teamwork and spark interest.
  • Research target accounts to craft personalized, value-driven messaging.
  • Strategically engage decision-makers and influencers in the marketing and advertising space.

Lead Qualification (30-40%):

  • Connect with and qualify marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to determine fit and readiness.
  • Identify pain points, needs, and opportunities for alignment with our services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.



What good looks like

  • We are seeking someone who is process-oriented.
  • A natural communicator who’s confident, curious, and persuasive.
  • Experience with outbound sales tactics—cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach is preferred.
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt your approach to different industries and client types.
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals.
  • Bonus points if you’re familiar with CRM tools (like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong.) and have worked in marketing or sales.
