Overview:

The Senior Benefits Partner – EMEA will play a key role in the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of employee benefits programs across EMEA. This role ensures regional compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with the organization’s global Total Rewards strategy. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with regional benefits knowledge and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on EMEA benefits, including health, risk insurance, pensions, wellness programs, leave and time off, and statutory offerings.
  • Support the strategic design and implementation of country-specific benefit and leave programs in partnership with local HR, vendors, and global teams.
  • Analyze benchmarking data, market trends, and plan utilization to drive continuous improvement and competitiveness of benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies; monitor legislative changes impacting benefits.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service delivery, including contract negotiations, renewals, and performance reviews.
  • Act as a primary contact for all benefits inquiries from employees or HR business partners related to EMEA benefits and leave/time off policies.
  • Support benefits communication strategy, including employee education, plan documentation, and training.
  • Collaborate closely with payroll, finance, legal, and HRIS to ensure accurate and efficient plan administration.
  • Provide audit support and contribute to global reporting initiatives.
  • May support APJ benefits programs as needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience administering benefits programs and leave of absences in a multinational organization.
  • Strong knowledge of European statutory and supplementary benefits; experience with multiple EMEA countries preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory leave regulations across key European countries.
  • Experience working with HRIS and leave management systems (e.g., Workday)
