Bilingual Account Executive (English/Spanish)

📍 Remote | 🕐 Must Work EST Hours | 🌎 U.S. & South America Focus | 💼 Full-Time

We’re looking for a Bilingual Account Executive to join our remote sales team and drive growth across both the U.S. and South American markets. In this role, you’ll own the entire sales cycle—from outreach to close—while building strong client relationships and exceeding revenue goals. If you’re fluent in English and Spanish, comfortable with virtual selling, and eager to work across diverse regions, we want to meet you.

🔍 What You’ll Do
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in both English- and Spanish-speaking markets

  • Conduct virtual sales calls and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to client needs

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client success

  • Track activities and manage pipeline using CRM tools

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

What You Bring
  • 1+ year of experience as an Account Executive, with a strong track record of closing deals

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)

  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills across cultures

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Experience using CRM platforms and managing pipelines effectively

  • Available to work Eastern Standard Time hours
