Sales Manager – Team Leadership & Coaching Focus

The Role
We’re hiring a Sales Manager who excels at coaching and scaling teams. You’ll lead a group of Account Executives, mentoring them to hit—and exceed—revenue targets. Your day-to-day includes developing talent, improving call quality, and turning sales processes into scalable systems. This is a strategic role that puts leadership first and closes second.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of quota-carrying Account Executives

  • Improve call and deal execution using platforms like Gong.io

  • Forecast, track, and analyze sales performance in Salesforce/HubSpot

  • Build and optimize sales processes to drive efficiency and revenue

  • Partner with Marketing to sharpen GTM alignment

  • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and development of sales talent

What You Bring

  • 6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales; 2+ years leading quota-carrying reps

  • Proven ability to coach teams to meet or exceed goals

  • Strong command of sales performance tools (Gong.io, HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

  • Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours

Bonus Points

  • Experience in high-growth or early-stage startups

  • Background in marketing analytics, ad tech, or B2B SaaS
