GET AN IMPRESSION OF THE TEAM

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Head of Consolidation & Technical Accounting to lead our CTA team and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our group financial reporting. This is a key leadership role within our Finance function, reporting directly to the VP Group Finance and managing two direct reports. It offers the opportunity to shape and strengthen our global reporting structure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT

Lead and develop the Consolidation & Technical Accounting (CTA) team, fostering a collaborative and high-quality culture
Own multi-currency Group consolidation including IFRS overlay adjustments to ensure an accurate and robust representation of the Group financial position
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, including German statutory and tax requirements
Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies; ensure timely and accurate reporting across all stakeholders
Serve as the Group’s technical accounting lead, clearly communicating key accounting judgments to finance and non-finance stakeholders
Act as the main point of contact for external auditors and proactively manage audit scope and deliverables

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of experience in Accounting and Finance, ideally in a high-growth or complex international environment
Strong practical expertise in group consolidation and preparation of group financial statements and annual reports under IFRSHigh attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders
Proactive, hands-on attitude with a drive for continuous improvement
Nice to have: experience in acquisition accounting and/or with NetSuite ERP
Fluent in English; German is a plus
