  • Facilitate the hand-off between Talent Acquisition and People Operations to ensure new hires feel supported and have clarity during the pre-boarding process.
  • Maintain a high-touch, supportive experience for new hires during the transition period, answering questions and setting expectations for next steps.

  • Manage candidate communications and interview processes using our applicant tracking system.
  • Project manage the interview process from start to finish and align the hiring team to ensure Habitat meets critical hiring deadlines.

  • Hands-on experience recruiting and onboarding for an early-stage startup.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and HR systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Rippling).
  • Must be able to work PST hours.
