Amid this growth, the company seeks an experienced and creative Brand Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that elevate The Aesthetic Center for Plastic Surgery (ACPS) brand within the competitive aesthetics industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring brand alignment, driving growth, and maintaining ACPS’s reputation as a leader in plastic surgery and aesthetics. ACPS is one of the nation's premier plastic surgery practices, offering cutting-edge surgical and nonsurgical procedures focusing on excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care.
Job Overview
As the Brand Manager for ACPS, you will own the strategic growth and operational success of our brand. This role is at the core of our marketing efforts, requiring a combination of strategic thinking, creative execution, and leadership. The Brand Manager is responsible for driving top-line growth, increasing brand awareness, and delivering measurable results that align with our business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Brand Leadership: Serve as the strategic lead for the ACPS brand, ensuring alignment with business goals and patient needs. Drive the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, including digital and traditional campaigns, social media, public relations, and patient engagement initiatives.
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance patient engagement. Lead marketing projects across digital and traditional platforms to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external agencies to create and deliver marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, and promotional collateral. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness. Support financial planning by tracking budgets and managing resources to ensure profitability while maintaining brand excellence.
- Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive patient acquisition and retention. Utilize patient and market insights to inform innovation and strategy.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop marketing team members, including Assistant Brand Managers, to enhance skills and performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Expertise in medical terminology, insurance verification, and HIPAA regulations.

This position is hybrid, with some time each week in the office expected. Some travel is required. This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
Compensation: The anticipated range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 per year plus an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.
