Responsibilities:
Execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including email, social media, paid ads, and web.
Manage and grow company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) through engaging, relevant content tailored to a technical audience.
Write and edit high-impact marketing content including social posts, ads, website copy, email campaigns, and product descriptions.
Design, build, and optimize landing pages and marketing funnels to support lead generation goals.
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, product sheets, presentations, and mailers.
Collaborate with engineers and internal stakeholders to convert technical information into easy-to-understand, customer-focused messaging.
Coordinate marketing efforts around trade shows, virtual events, and special campaigns.
Track, measure, and report campaign performance using analytics tools, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support the marketing team in identifying and targeting new market segments or verticals.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on digital marketing or B2B industries.
Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and tools (social media, email, landing pages, SEO/SEM, etc.).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon.
Experience creating and managing content for business social media accounts.
Familiarity with landing page builders, basic HTML/CSS, or marketing automation tools is a plus.
Proficient in marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, etc.).
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Creative thinking and a strong eye for design and branding consistency.
Curiosity and interest in learning about technology and industrial equipment.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
