  • Record and document customer interactions, providing insights for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth user experience across platforms.
  • Stay informed about platform updates and features to offer accurate assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, especially within the digital or freelance sectors, is preferred.
