Your Core Responsibilities
  • Coach Relentlessly: Mentor two Team Leads and a squad of 8‑10 recruiters. Daily huddles, weekly scorecards, constant feedback. You build recruiters who win.

  • Own the Funnel: Time‑to‑hire, candidate quality, diversity—every metric lives and dies by your standards. You see the gaps, you fix them, you celebrate the wins.

  • Engineer Process Excellence: Turn Recruitee, HubSpot, Indeed, Slack, and Google Workspace into a synchronized recruiting symphony. Automate the busywork, amplify the craft.

  • Partner Like a Pro: Sync with Client Success, Sales, and Support to forecast demand, sharpen employer brands, and present runway‑clear updates to leadership and clients.

  • Command the Data: Dashboards, reports, insights—if the numbers don’t sing, you rewrite the sheet music. Decisions are made with data, not guesses.

  • Guard Quality: Audit job ads, interviews, and candidate experience. Spot compliance issues before they surface. Continuous improvement isn’t a motto—it’s a mandate.
