Job description

What it's all about
You are an ambitious SaaS Business Development Account Executive who wants to help us expand our customer base and drive sustainable growth in a newly established market. You have a talent for developing sales strategies and building strong customer relationships? Perfect. Because we need you to increase our sales and improve our market presence. You will identify new market opportunities and work with our internal teams to implement sales approaches for the American market. Become part of our successful sales team and apply now!
Your daily doing will involve
  • You research potential customers in the American market (address, decision maker...)
  • You run multi-channel outbound activities such as (Cold-)Calling, (E-)Mailings and the sending out, LinkedIn messages etc. with the objective to arrange product presentations (online or face-to-face)
  • You present our snapADDY products to decision makers
  • You create, negotiate and successfully execute commercial proposals, with prospects, for snapADDY products and services
  • You participate at exhibitions, which could include travel up to 30%
  • You record sales and customer interactions in CRM
  • Once a contract is signed, you ensure that customers are seamlessly handed over to the Customer Success team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
  • You build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • You will conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and support the CSO in developing sales strategies
  • You will also collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • You will participate in training and development activities to enhance your sales knowledge
Your profile
  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as a SaaS Business Development Account Executive, or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build long-term partnerships
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools (bonus if you’ve already worked for a CRM service provider) - and an eye for improving workflows
  • You have a solid understanding of how to go to market in a new region
  • You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and learn the ropes, especially at the beginning
