Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and highly organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage inbound and outbound communication with prospective home care clients. This role involves answering calls, documenting intake details, qualifying leads, and coordinating with internal teams to support a seamless client onboarding process. The ideal candidate is empathetic, patient, and thrives in a service-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from families seeking home care services
Conduct outbound follow-up calls to warm and pending leads
Collect and record detailed intake information, including client needs and contact details
Qualify leads based on pre-established service criteria
Schedule consultations, follow-up appointments, and assessments
Enter and update client and lead information accurately in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot or WellSky)
Track lead status and movement through the intake funnel
Communicate with care coordinators and internal teams regarding client onboarding progress and priorities
Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone during all client interactions
Collaborate with recruiters and care staff to ensure smooth handoffs post-intake
Support marketing and outreach efforts through client follow-up and appointment setting
Provide timely updates and reporting to leadership regarding lead conversions and status
Use tools like Google Workspace for scheduling, documentation, and email correspondence
Manage task tracking systems to ensure timely follow-up and lead progression
Requirements
College educated
Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
Candidates must provide a proof of separation from their previous/current employer with an indication/confirmation of their last date of employment
Proficiency with tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or WellSky (preferred)
Prior experience in customer service, intake coordination, or administrative roles (preferred)
Experience in home care, healthcare, or service-based client support is a plus
Ability to handle confidential client data with professionalism and discretion
Adaptability and initiative in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Excellent phone etiquette and clear verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Professional-level English (spoken and written)
