We are currently searching for a Director, HR Business Partner (IT Services / Tech Industry):

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR Business Partner function for the IT Services or Tech Industry sector, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive talent demand and service fulfillment initiatives, ensuring the acquisition, development, and retention of top-tier IT talent.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR programs and policies that foster a high-performance culture and employee engagement.
  • Act as a key liaison between business leaders and HR centers of excellence, ensuring seamless HR service delivery.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Utilize HR analytics and data to drive informed decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent HR practices and foster a cohesive international work environment.

Requirements

  • 13 to 20 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant portion in an HR Business Partner role within the IT Services or Tech Industry.
  • Proven experience working for global companies and leading HR initiatives across different regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to help accomplish talent demand and service fulfillment goals.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Residing locally in Mexico City.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
