Role Summary:
The HR Generalist (HRG) will work and interact with the wider HR team to deliver HR process improvement and change management programs. The HRG will work with recruitment, HRIS and the other teams to identify process and reporting improvements alongside managing projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify improvements to existing processes and drive consistency in the US & EU HR team
- Lead the Performance management process for the whole of the Americas, perform all PIP’s regardless of department and ensure consistency while minimizing legal risk
- Identify improvements in reporting and analytics with a focus on implementing all reporting and tracking moving into Workday.
- Lead on HR communications for US & EU HR team, identify a communications calendar and ad hoc proactive communication
- Lead on HR projects and ensure compliance from wider HR team
- Act as point of contact with legal for all legal cases and terminations
- Own all HR policies and review in line with ISO
- Partner with P&T & Operations for HR local support
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- 3+ years HR experience
- Multi site experience
- HR operational experience
- You will have worked in a fast-paced environment, have strong ER knowledge and be a strong generalist.
- Good MS Office skills – Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong organization and administration skills
