Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the gaming and esports sectors.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding game features, account management, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and friendly manner to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Document interactions and feedback to facilitate improvements in service delivery.
  • Work closely with the development and gaming teams to understand product features and updates.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the gaming and esports landscape.
  • Contribute to a positive and enjoyable community experience for gamers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles, particularly within the gaming or esports industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions effectively.
  • Familiarity with gaming platforms, customer support software, and community forums is an asset.
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of esports culture is highly desirable.
  • Great teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
